This resource comprises the report and resources developed by the Equality and Diversity Partnership Project led by Stubbing Court Training Ltd. The project aimed to create an accessible resource that promoted the importance of equality and diversity and inspired employers to take positive action. It also delivered high quality taster opportunities with employers for under-represented groups, with unemployed individuals identified by Jobcentres.
This resource comprises the report and resources developed by the Equality and Diversity Partnership Project led by Hopwood Hall College. The project aimed to train 12 learners as Peer Ambassadors and champion of equality and diversity issues that are relevant to learners and young people in the Borough of Rochdale. Fifteen learners and two members of staff were trained in specific equality specialist areas and in Philosophical Enquiry methods. The resources included are a case study and an Equality Ambassadors Project presentation.
This resource comprises the report and resources developed by an Equality and Diversity Partnership Project led by Charnwood Training Group. The main aim of the project was to build a scenario based contingent navigation programme, built up from a video-rich series of modules, as part of a blended learning approach. This was supported by a network of Equality and Diversity Ambassadors created from Charnwood employees. The outputs included nine Charnwood Equality and Diversity Ambassadors undertaking a 4 day training programme and the creation of a mobile phone app for Charnwood staff.

The scope of the project was to extend the regional diversity champions process in 2010. The main outcomes and outputs of the project were:
• Devise easy-to-use on-line application system
• Encourage and promote applications
• Judging and selection
• Promote findings and circulate good practice
• Use the technology as a basis for a national exemplars scheme.
The focus of the project was to develop an online training and assessment package that would raise the awareness of assessors, learners and employers to enable them to promote safeguarding, the values of equality and a culture of mutual respect and support in the workplace.

This British Sign Language (BSL) project consulted and involved d/Deaf learners at every stage of planning, developing and delivering the BSL National Conference held in London in March 2011. A drama, written by a Deaf learner was performed by d/Deaf learners at the conference, to inform the audience about what made life better for them.
