This toolkit is designed to enable teachers and trainers to create effective, engaging and accessible learning materials for their learners. Grouped into eight categories, this collection of guidance and resources merges pedagogical and technical advice where previously these have been scattered over several different channels. The aim is to provide effective resources for Learners with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities (LLDD). These are also now called resources for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This example staff survey for a college in Berkshire asks staff a series of questions to identify how well the RARPA process works in practice. The outcome contributed to a review of provision which used the Quality Assurance of RARPA Guidance as a basis.
