Principal focus of the project:
The focus was to assess whether the students were team players, how they interacted with other students and how they interacted with staff – as well as doing literacy and numeracy assessments.
What is this about and what were the main findings:
The Learnfest programme has improved retention levels, with far fewer students transferring to other courses. Retention and achievement have also improved significantly. Data was gathered through observation of practice.
