This dissemination document describes the programme of activity implemented by members of the Learning Consortium, led by South Essex College, during the 2014-15 "Outstanding teaching, learning and assessment project." Senior management knowledge of ICLT and its use,
Vision and strategy,
Staff skills,
Availability of resources.
