This dissemination document describes the programme of activity implemented by members of the Learning Consortium, led by South Essex College, during the 2014-15 "Outstanding teaching, learning and assessment project." Central to the programme was the Learning Framework: a proven peer-led model which develops capacity for self-improvement in providers.
