The projects designed, piloted and delivered activity in one or more of the above strands, including workshops, study or exchange visits, coaching and mentoring, consultancy and the development of self assessment tools. ICeGS designed and piloted a programme based on the principles of action learning to support work based learning managers and curriculum leaders to develop a cluster approach to enhance employer engagement.

This project's aim was to deliver three ‘Working with Disabled Apprentices’ consultancy workshops in Oldham, Birmingham and London designed to increase the number of disabled people completing Apprenticeship programmes.

The projects designed, piloted and delivered activity in one or more of the above strands, including workshops, study or exchange visits, coaching and mentoring, consultancy and the development of self assessment tools. The aim of this project was to work with other providers who deliver employer responsive provision to help the college improve their services and increase their revenue from this engagement.

Making the business case for Higher Apprenticeships: resource pack

A needs analysis of the 21 Higher Apprenticeship organisations, participating in the Higher Apprenticeship Fund in June 2012 identified engagement of both employers and employees as key challenges in order to generate starts on Higher Apprenticeship programmes, along with the financing of Higher Apprenticeships. In autumn 2012 a project was initiated to share and develop emerging practice on making the business case for Higher Apprenticeships. This resource comprises a number of outputs from the project, including a project overview, five case studies and two presentations.
