Apprenticeship Training Agency Model: An independent review of progress, prospects and potential

This report aims to provide an understanding of how the Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) model adds value to the Apprenticeship brand in general, under what circumstances it provides benefits and what are the key challenges for this model becoming one of a number of successful routes into employment. There were two principal objectives of the research: to understand better the activity and output of the ATA model; and to update and refresh a series of existing guidance documents on ATAs.
