It can be used to make an assessment of elements of strategic leadership, and set out the actions you need to take to develop strategic leadership, and thus improvement, further. The accompanying Part B enables users to develop their thinking and action in this area.

Newcastle-under-Lyme College took part in the Social Enterprise Ambassadors' programme to enable them to identify opportunities to support the establishment of social enterprises both within the College, Stoke Enterprise Learning Partnership and communities within Staffordshire. Social enterprise is now firmly on the College's agenda.
