This resource has been designed to support STEM learner progression. Learners are encouraged to independently research their potential ambition pathway options:- Progression to University, Employment or to take a GAP year but, to plan for university or employment on completion of the GAP year. Learners develop their independent research skills, communication and ILT function skills. Learners are able to share their MAP project with their teachers, employers and peer learners to demonstrate their desirable personal qualities and attributes.
