Improving services for employers: Blackburn College

This resource comprises the outputs from one of a series of projects to test a range of approaches to improving and extending training and related business services for employers. This project developed an Employer Portal – a web based service which enables employers to monitor their account with the College and access staff training records, progress reviews, financial information and to submit feedback online. New services offered by the College are also highlighted on the Portal, including sector specific information, training and corporate benefits.
