What is this about and what were the main findings: 

Effective practice is most successful when: learners have clear reasons as well as a plan for using technology; it encourages learner autonomy; technology is used to construct arterfacts; a wide range of technologies are used to support learning. Collaborative learning was shown to be effective in terms of gaining confidence and speaking skills.
