Reducing reoffending - can we assess the contribution of prison education?
This report brings together the findings of a review of relevant literature, contact with the national administration of statistics of the country and interviews with a range of stakeholders associated with prison education in order to find out more about what works well in prison education. It demonstrates how offender education can contribute to a reduction in reoffending rates.
