This project aimed to develop sessions with supporting resources to give LDD learners greater confidence and independence when accessing MS Teams for the first time.
The aim of this project was to develop a tailored resource that would support LDD learners in accessing programmes like MS Teams.
The LDD team identified that the existing induction sessions from the first lockdown had not been effective enough, so developed a 'how to access guide' to support the wider induction onto MS Teams for Pre-Entry Level learners. The tool and its implementation evolved, increasing their understanding of the learners in a more holistic way. The tool was due to be further adapted and rolled out across ESOL and Community Learning courses.
