This project aimed to improve high needs learners' range of descriptive vocabulary, and their appreciation of when and how these techniques should be applied in creative writng.

What is this about and what were the main findings: 

All of the GCSE English 16-18 cohort participated in this project. The approach adopted involved using interactive quizzes with MS Teams for reinforcement of learning, separated into four core subject phases. The project reported significant staff collaboration took place - including the use of ALS staff - and a significant improvement in learner engagement and the application of learning.
