This case study describes North Warwickshire and Hinckley College’s approach to developing an interactive online toolkit for promoting and embedding effective practice in sustainability. The aim was to create and develop a highly engaging and interactive online rapid e-learning training tool, for promoting and embedding effective practice in Sustainability, with the added intention of providing in-house accreditation for Governors, staff and students alike.

This project built on an earlier project which focused on increasing Apprenticeship uptake.

The aim of this project was to work with other providers who deliver employer responsive provision to help the college improve their services and increase their revenue from this engagement.

Kent Association of Training Organisations (KATO): Collaboration for improvement PRD for self-asessment

Within the constraints of minimun contract levels, many smaller providers are no longer subject to Ofsted inspection in their own right. This case study shows how KATO worked together to review quality improvement processes, develop and implement fit-for-purpose frameworks, and develop a toolkit. This resource includes the case study, an overview of the self-assessment toolkit and the toolkit spreadsheet.
