This study sought to create a successful curriculum delivery model that met the wider skills needs of GCSE English resit students.

What is this about and what were the main findings: 

To implement VESPA strategies for improved independent learning, the project revised its scheme of work from 3 hours to 2 hours of English content delivery. The third hour was spent with an instructor, who facilitated independent learning activities. Each term focussed on different skills: coaching, study skills and practice, and revision.
