The project focused on a group coaching initiative, introducing peer coaching around pedagogy, and using cross-team and cross-organisation groups in order to broaden knowledge and experience and support peer learning.

What is this about and what were the main findings: 

The study found that although an experimental and exploratory methodology was employed in peer observations and coaching, this led to an increase in peer observation participation of 18%, and learner confidence of 15% (to 97.7%). Participants felt more in control of the process, and two of the participating organisations announced plans to include the process as part of their standard working practice.
