The main focus was to improve the effectiveness of teaching in the BLE (blended learning environment) through collaborative practice, whilst capturing the learner voice.

What is this about and what were the main findings: 

This was the English Department's response to a college-wide initiative to going online as a result of the pandemic. The emphasis was placed on improving pedagogical practice through CPD sessions and collaboration using applications such as Microsoft OneNote, Teams, Stream and Forms, but informed by learner feedback, which ultimately showed evidence of significant improvement in their experience of learning online.
