Learners will be able to, give opinions and agree and disagree, listen to the feelings and opinions of others, listen for information on the telephone, ask questions to get information, tell a short story using past tense, read and understand a newspaper article, fill in an application form, read, plan and write a letter of complaint and use a dictionary.
