What is this about and what were the main findings: 

The practitioners concluded after consulting with their learners that a combination of focusing on developing growth mindsets, and the use of comment-only marking would be appropriate responses to issues of motivation, stress & panic. The responses to these changes were largely positive in terms of their effect on confidence and preparedness
