Learners will be able to listen for details about products, listen for main points in conversations in shops, ask about and describe products, complain about things they buy on the phone, ask for and give instructions on using a machine, find information in advertisements, read and write instructions, fill in forms, write a letter of complaint, and read and write about things to buy.
