The project focused on trying to get to the bottom of what is holding digital resisters back from using digital CPD
What is this about and what were the main findings:
Two themes emerged around the subjects of resistance: Untrue limiting assumptions and impostor syndrome. Also, four themes were identified as achieving digital resilience: fluency, first principles, purpose and support. The researcher made a number of observations about how the provider where they worked intends to combat these issues
