This project aimed to improve learner feedback, support and access to information, and to diversify opportunities to hear the Learner’s Voice. Literacy and language barriers had been two noticeable factors and the Service was keen to improve quality and accessibility of data on learner views via the implementation of digital technologies.

This project sought to develop use of virtual classrooms (VCs) to deliver in-house staff training and tutor meetings to departments and centres around Yorkshire, raising the staff’s knowledge, ensuring best practice is shared and highlighting the vast opportunities for learners, delivery staff and the organisation.
