The project focussed on providing early career vocational teachers with experienced pedagogical mentors, a structured scheme of work, and opportunities to explore new resources, new ideas for teaching, and new ways of thinking about learning.

The project found that teacher effectiveness had increased from 69% to 80% as a result of the programme content, and that teachers taking risks with creative, non-traditional teaching strategies led to an increased satisfaction among learners.
