This study evaluated how 16-19 students would respond to a Positive Psychology Intervention (PPI) aimed at improving mindset and well-being.

What is this about and what were the main findings: 

Level 3 Sports students volunteered to be actively involved in the planning phase to increase ownership and retention during the study; and were then asked to complete a growth mindset journal for 30 days, which encouraged daily tasks to improve students’ perceptions around mindset and well-being - with postiive results.
