This booklet provided tools and templates to clarify what is expected from project leads and to simplify their journey by providing a clear focus on their project goals.
The purpose was to help project leaders plan for their project through providing an overview and understandong of the wider programme.
The guidance encompasses ways of setting up enquiries so that they provide effective support for CPD inlcuding focussingon sustaining enquiry over time, the importance of allowing time for practitioners to discuss new practices with other practitioners, the need to lead teams in devleoping skills and practical ways of conducting "collaborative practitioner-led action research", of ensuring that other practitioners can relate to teachers' research, of using direct data from learners or learning experiences, of sharing personal observations, and of encouraging practitioners and learners to contribute to the research
