Principal focus of the project:

The video focuses on two practitioners who cover their experience in summary, from their roles at their college to their research projects themselves and how they fit with the programme.

What is this about and what were the main findings:

The programme provided the researchers with the time and space to think about their projects, and the residentials provided a very supportive atmosphere for them to reflect on their ideas with tutors and participants. Discussions with participants has lead to unexpected learnings for further research areas. Confidence can be a barrier to students and staff for people taking part.
