To ensure that ELATT transitioned to an effective model of blended/online learning, the focus of this project was on eliciting quality learner feedback.

What is this about and what were the main findings: 

To facilitate learners giving constructive feedback to their tutors that was direct, focused and timely, ELATT developed ‘how to give feedback’ sessions and an online survey tool - using the Forms App (MS 365). This would empower learners to reflect, analyse and contribute to improvements to online TLA through the learner voice. The project reported that good trial results meant the feedback tool would be incorporated into the OTLA policy for 2021-22.
