This collaborative outstanding teaching, learning and assessment (OTLA) technical skills project between City College Plymouth and IMERYs Ltd in Cornwall focuses on the delivery of a Level 4 HNC in General Engineering using a blended learning package.  The package is designed to support the new technical qualifications and the new Apprenticeship Standards and was created in December 2017.
