This toolkit has been produced to support the work of Advanced Practitioners (APs). It builds on an original set of cards used to develop the skills of teaching and learning coaches who, using a peer to peer coaching model, work with staff to improve specific aspects of their delivery. The cards are practical tools aimed at supporting APs to drive quality improvements in teaching, learning and assessment across provision. They can be used when working one to one with collages as well as with small groups and department teams. They can also provide models and approaches that will help structure whole organisation interventions.
