Summary

This guide is part of a suite of guides designed to support those working in Advanced Practitioner-type roles across the Further Education and Training Sector as part of the Education and Training Foundation's 'Professional Development Programme for Advanced Practitioners' (October 2019).

The target audience for this guide is those who manage Advanced Practitioners.  A range of skills, competencies and approaches are explored that will help managers develop APs and maximise their impact in driving improvements in the quality of education across the organisation.
