This case study shows how a Work-based learning provider set out how to meet the new Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment legislation, and fulfill the requirements of the new Common Inspection Framework. Actions taken forward included a comprehensive policy, full staff training, and an audit of policies and procedures (and development of new ones),
