This resource relates to one of a series of collaborative development projects on the themes of Getting people into work and Apprenticeships. Each project was coordinated by a lead provider, who recruited partner providers to work together to achieve the project objectives. The Strode partnership addressed barriers to the engagement of rural micro businesses in Apprenticeships. It commissioned a sales training workshop for the partners, led by an external trainer with expertise in working with micro businesses and produced two toolkits for use by all employer facing staff across the county.
