This is an example of a self assessment review template for providers promoting the safeguarding of learners. It sets out six criteria against which users can identify evidence indicators and record evidence. The document was adapted by North West Two from a checklist provided at an Ofsted training session looking at the new requirements relating to safeguarding as a limiting grade.
