This resource relates to one of a series of collaborative development projects on the themes of Getting people into work and Apprenticeships. Each project was coordinated by a lead provider, who recruited partner providers to work together to achieve the project objectives. Seven work based learning providers make up the Careers Exchange partnership. The partnership produced a scheme of work, lesson plans and teaching and learning resources to deliver the new Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Volunteer Management, and trialled the framework with a group of apprentices. The suite of resources can be adapted and transferred to other third sector contexts.
