This project looked at including sustainability, specifically the concept of the circular economy, within the Fashion and Catering curriculum within providers across the region, and at developing transferable resources that could be used across the learning and skills sector. The project goals were to: train tutors in the circular economy; develop an introductory presentation; develop transferable resources for each curriculum area; provide circular economy training to members of the North West regional sustainability group; and to raise awareness of the teaching resources available on the Ellen MacArthur Foundation website.
