This resource comprises the report and resources developed by an Equality and Diversity Partnership Project led by the WILD Young Parents’ Project (with Cornwall College) in 2009-10. The aim of the project was to improve the access to college for young mothers living in Cornwall by providing ‘experience days’ and offering support to overcome the barriers that they face. The project was centred on learners and their individual needs which shaped the content and delivery style. All members from WILD were able to provide ideas and insights as to what they would like to happen within the project by giving their past experiences of education, areas of interest, barriers that they face support needs that may help them. The resources included are the final report and a presentation of the project findings.
